Ian
Ian joined the Amsphere team in June 2005 as a Test Manager. His responsibilities include account management, test planning and test strategy and management.
Prior to joining Amsphere, Ian was employed by an American multi-national company, where he worked as a Release Quality Manager. In this role he would identify, improve and review the quality of the processes within e-business and regular release cycles. Another facet to his job was the planning, management and execution of testing within various projects.
Ian says that it is the dynamism and flexibility of the company that makes it so enjoyable to work for Amsphere. Ian says, It is impressive how Amsphere has a desire to build lasting relationships with clients, and how they strive to add value to the client’s processes. Amsphere is a forward-thinking, rapidly expanding company, that in my opinion, has an excellent approach to test management and client relationships.

I joined Amsphere in July 2007 as a Management Trainee. My major responsibilities are working with a team, collating & analysing all information regarding the functioning and performances of that team, and designing & implementing various processes & performance metrics to improve the team’s efficiency and performance.
Before joining Amsphere, I was studying for my Masters degree in Management Studies Information Systems.
During my short tenure, I have come to realise that Amsphere is really committed towards providing the best services to its employees as well as clients. The ISEB course that I attended is a brilliant testimony of the same. Taking advantages of such services has helped me develop new skills. In addition to all the above, the fast-paced & dynamic way of functioning and a constant focus on achieving excellence are the major Positives of Amsphere.
