Setting up and running of PMO's
Our PMO service provides the process, documentation and templates required to set up and manage a project office. We assess the requirements of the project and business, and then quickly select the right processes and templates from our toolkit to give the controls and visibility that will provide greatest benefit. Our PMO Managers are practical, hands-on and experienced – helping provide analysis and direction rather than just administration and reports.
Setting up project / programme delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
We provide quality and delivery assurance frameworks based upon a pragmatic approach to compliance methodologies and industry best practice. Some examples of this work include:
- the introduction or tweaking of project delivery templates
- providing the gating criteria to allow effective go/no-go decisions
- ensuring that steering groups and other governing bodies are set up with clear roles and responsibilities
- benefit realisation assessments, and process re-engineering of delivery methodologies / governance frameworks
Ensuring compliance to methodologies and governance frameworks
We have range of tools, best practice and resources to help ensure compliance to your quality standards throughout the project by third party and internal teams. Some examples of this work include:
- helping produce and deliver training and education of the benefits of a delivery methodology / governance framework
- the production of risk-based check lists, ensuring that the critical documents or parts of documents are completed and reviewed to the necessary standard
- provision of online assessment, delivering quick and simple visibility of compliance and quality.
